ALL SALES

All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Prices are subject to change without notice. Lead times begin upon receipt of payment and finalization of all order details. Goods will not ship until the balance has been paid in full.

LEAD TIMES

Lead times vary by product and are generally between 8–22 weeks. Please contact us for lead times specific to individual pieces.

Lead times are estimates only and are not guarantees. While we make every effort to meet projected timelines, production and shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We do not guarantee any lead time, please plan accordingly.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.

Orders may not be cancelled once production has begun. Deposits are non-refundable.

Natural stone, wood, leather, and other organic materials will vary in color, veining, texture, grain, and appearance. Product photographs are representative only and do not guarantee an exact material match. Variations inherent to natural materials are not considered defects and are not grounds for cancellation, return, or refund.

WARRANTY

If you discover a manufacturing defect upon receipt of your item, please contact Slash Objects immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, improper maintenance, accidents, modifications, or damage caused by environmental conditions.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Damage resulting from improper cleaning products or cleaning methods.
  • Damage resulting from improper installation, assembly, handling, or use by the customer or third parties.
  • Damage caused by moisture, liquids, excessive heat, direct sunlight, weather exposure, or improper environmental conditions.
  • Natural aging, patina, oxidation, color changes, movement, or other material characteristics that occur over time.
  • Costs associated with removal, installation, reinstallation, transportation, storage, or handling.
  • Restoration, refinishing, repair work, or modifications performed by parties other than Slash Objects.

DAMAGES IN TRANSIT

Any shipping damage must be documented and reported in writing within ten (10) business days of receipt.

All original packaging materials must be retained until the claim is resolved. Failure to preserve packaging may invalidate shipping or insurance claims.

Slash Objects is not responsible for damage claims reported after the required notification period.

ABANDONED ORDERS & STORAGE

Orders must be paid in full and accepted for shipment, delivery, or pickup within twelve (12) months of the order confirmation date unless otherwise agreed in writing by Slash Objects.

Slash Objects reserves the right to assess reasonable storage fees for completed work that remains unpaid, unclaimed, or undelivered for more than ninety (90) days after notice that the work is ready for shipment, delivery, or pickup. Any accrued storage fees must be paid in full prior to release of the work.

Any order that remains unpaid, unclaimed, or undelivered after twelve (12) months shall be deemed abandoned.

Upon abandonment, the Client forfeits any right to cancel the order, request a refund, dispute prior payments, or demand delivery of the work.

Slash Objects reserves the right to retain all deposits and payments received and may, at its sole discretion, store, sell, modify, repurpose, exhibit, dispose of, or otherwise use the work without further notice or obligation to the Client.

Failure by Slash Objects to enforce any provision of this section shall not constitute a waiver of its rights.
