ALL SALES

Items that are in-stock will ship within 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted. Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Prices may be subject to change without notice. Goods will be ready to ship within the lead time specified. Lead times begin with receipt of payment and order details. Goods will ship when invoice is paid in full.

LEAD TIMES

Our lead times vary depending on product, and are generally between 8-16 weeks. Please contact us for specific information per piece. Lead times begin with receipt of payment and finalization of order details. Lead times are an estimate and not a guarantee. Production delays occur due to global changes which we cannot control.

RETURNS

Because of the handmade nature of our product, we are not able to offer returns. Cancellations will not be possible once your order is placed. The marble depicted in images may not represent the same stone in your piece. We do our best to match the images but the stone is a natural material with variations. We cannot accept any returns based on different marble from image to piece.

WARRANTY

If upon receiving your new item you discover a defect, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to find the best solution.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING

  • Damage caused by improper cleaning solutions or methods.

  • Damage caused by improper installation or assembly by the customer.

  • Damage caused by improper use by customer. Moisture left on surfaces by the customer.
  • Damage caused by exposure to weather or improper environment.

  • Changes in the appearance of the material finishes are natural and meant to occur as part of the aging process of the piece.

  • Cost of removal, installation or re-installation.

  • Restoration or repair work.

DAMAGES

Damages must be documented and reported within 10 business days of receipt. Slash Objects is not responsible for repair or replacement of damages reported after this time. If damage has occurred in shipping, all packaging must be retained by receiver. Failure to do so may invalidate any claim.
